Not much to report except that we have discovered that the beets they feed us turn our whole mouths a deep red. This came as quite a shock to some people! Also Adam is obsessed with guacamole... even in South Africa! He is always in the kitchen making. All of the staff refer to him as the guacamole boy, and they call me Mrs. Kwatapheya (because that's isiZulu for avocado)
